Tickets on Sale for Eliada's 5th Annual Christmas Tea at the Inn on Biltmore Estate
ASHEVILLE –November 2008- Tickets are currently on sale for Eliada’s Fifth Annual Christmas Tea to be held at the Inn on the Biltmore Estate. The event will take place Saturday, December 6th from 2:00 – 4:00. Advance reservations are required, and can be made by contacting Michelle Robinson at 828.254.5356 x 157 or mrobinson@eliada.org.
For many families, the Christmas Tea has become a tradition that marks the beginning of the holiday season. The event features a traditional English tea, tea sandwiches, pastries and other treats, as well as live holiday music from Dickensian carolers and other classical musicians. Santa will be on hand for a visit and photograph, and drawings will be held for door prizes donated by area businesses.
Tickets can be purchased for $50 and include all event activities as well as a commemorative holiday ornament. Following the event, Christmas Tea ticket holders may enjoy “Christmas at Biltmore House” for a reduced rate, including the Biltmore House, Gardens, Winery, and River Bend Farm. All proceeds from the Christmas Tea benefit the children and families Eliada serves.
