Tickets on Sale for Eliada's Fourth Annual Christmas Tea

The Fourth Annual Eliada Christmas Tea will take place December 1st, 2007 at Lionscrest on the Biltmore Estate.

3ASHEVILLE – November 2007- Tickets are currently on sale for Eliada’s Fourth Annual Christmas Tea to be held at Lionscrest on the Biltmore Estate. The event will take place Saturday, December 1st from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.. Advance reservations are required, and can be made by contacting Kristen Brown at 828.254.5356 x 156 or kbrown@eliada.org.

For many families, the Christmas Tea has become a tradition that marks the beginning of the holiday season. The event features a traditional English tea, tea sandwiches, pastries and other treats, as well as live holiday music from Victorian carolers and other classical musicians. Santa will be on hand for a visit and photograph, and drawings will be held for door prizes donated by area businesses.

2Tickets can be purchased for $50 and include all event activities as well as a commemorative holiday ornament. Christmas Tea ticket holders will also receive tickets to enjoy “Christmas at Biltmore House” for a reduced rate, including the Biltmore House, Gardens, Winery, and River Bend Farm. All proceeds from the Christmas Tea benefit the children and families Eliada serves.
