Eliada Child Development Center offers Governor Easley's More at Four Program.  The More at Four Program was designed to provide quality educational experiences in order to enhance kindergarten readiness. The Program is FREE to families who qualify, community-based, voluntary, and designed to prepare 4-year-olds in North Carolina for success in school. The hours of operation are 7:30-2:00, Monday through Friday. The Program runs for 180 instructional days beginning in August and ending in May. This program is funded through Buncombe County Smart Start. Wrap-around care is available from 2:00-5:30 for an additional fee.
