Student Work Study
Eliada offers students in Residential, Day Treatment, Foster Care and Therapeutic Foster Care the opportunity to learn the essential skills of gainful employment. Students work in TASC, NYPUM, Day Care and Food Services.
Through the work-study program students learn valuable vocationvocational skills such as applying for a job, interviewing, and managing a time-keeping system. The work-study program allows students lessons in independence, responsibility, trust and commitment that only an experience in a work-force environment can offer. The Work Study program aims to put the students ahead of the game in building the skills required to lead a successful adult life.
